What is IMPACT Coaching?
As a member of
the IMPACT Coaching Program, you will be partnered with a fully
trained and certified IMPACT Coach for individualized
attention. We’ll help you organize your business and develop a life
strategy for your business as well as your personal life. To ensure that your training is a success, your one-on-one coaching sessions will be tailored to meet your specific needs at a pace your comfortable with.

What is
included with IMPACT Coaching?
Your coaching sessions will include detailed information on creating and implementing a life plan, developing time schedules, increasing your productivity, generating profitable communication with your clients and vendors, and defining the roles of your team members. Our
philosophy is to teach the core principles of the I.M.P.A.C.T.
Training System: Innovation, Motivation, Preparation, Activation, Communication and Transformation,
using proven skills, methods and techniques. The concepts we will focus on will include new and creative marketing ideas (the “innovation” concept); different strategies to keep you motivated and on track with your goals (the “motivation” concept); organizational skills and techniques designed to build the foundation for your short and long-term plans (the “preparation” concept); templates and scripts to implement your plans (the “activation” concept); the importance of regular contact with your clients and vendors (the “communication” concept); and methods for transforming your business to how you have envisioned it in the future (the “transformation” concept).

How long is the
IMPACT Coaching Program?
Success of
the IMPACT Coaching Program is best achieved when the concepts
and principles of the program are applied over a period of time.
For maximum results, a commitment of one year is strongly
recommended; however, shorter commitments are available.
