This 3-part seminar series is a focused system designed to improve overall customer satisfaction levels resulting in a 100% relationship-based business. ”The Director of Impressions” Seminar Series offers a systematic approach to delivering unsurpassed “wow” customer service.

Phase 1: “The Director of First Impressions”

The first in the series, this seminar specifically focuses on the initial contact with the customer and is designed to create an incredible first impression, the most important first step toward building a lifelong relationship. In this seminar, you will discover:

  • How to schedule appointments so your customers actually show up
  • How to convert a higher percentage of prospects into customers
  • How to conduct a successful consultation to ensure a sale... and a referral!

Phase 2: “The Director of Ongoing Impressions”

This seminar focuses on the second phase of The Director of Impressions concept and the “active” stage of a transaction. During this time, the responsibility of customer care changes hands from the Director of First Impressions to the Director of Ongoing Impressions. Program topics include:

  • How to strategically implement a touchpoint system
  • How to communicate with your customer

  • How to prepare your customer for the unexpected
  • How to close the transaction

Phase 3: “The Director of Lifelong Impressions”

The final phase of The Director of Impressions program, the DOLI seminar focuses on creating a customer for life. The foundation for a lifelong relationship has been built during phases one and two. Now, become the customer’s lifelong coach and consultant. Topics covered in this program include:

  • How to stay in touch with your customers
  • How to create loyal referral advocates for life
  • What scripts to use to get referrals from your past customers
  • How to create a 100% relationship-based business
